Partnership with local government

Exor sees a powerful connection between a number of stakeholders at the local level that will help translate this initiative into action.  The main groups are:

  • Local domestic buyers - looking for a safe and reliable contractors
  • Local business - an efficient mechanism to identify their status and access to business opportunities
  • Local Government - support and promotion of a government backed scheme that supports local people and business
  • Exor - delivery of the recruitment and support programme to deliver the Trustmark service

TrustMark - utilising government standards to deliver local solutions for local suppliers in partnership with local authorities.

TrustMark - supporting by an approved central government scheme - with limited resource implications, as the recruitment and assessments are carried out by Exor, under the TrustMark banner.

No risk - as Scheme is fully regulated by the TrustMark board supported by a fully documented inspection regime.

TrustMark is a new, award-winning scheme supported by the Government, consumer groups and building industry to help domestic buyers find reputable firms to do repair, maintenance and improvement work inside and outside the home.

If a firm displays the TrustMark logo it is known that a trade association or other certification organisation that TrustMark have approved, has checked the firm and found that it meets the standards the Government has set. In other words: A government backed solution to address the ‘Cowboy / Rogue Trader’ issue.
