Exor’s approach towards Compliance is based on an active and robust programme of checking, testing and independent validation of the information supplied. This is based on a tiered structure from Registered to Compliant.

It can be more than a listing of information and data. Exor's service is designed to deliver our clients with a real risk management proposition that allows them to select approved suppliers,  increase supplier control and speed up supplier development with confidence.

Compliance is a process in which  competency, viability and adherence with legal requirements and current codes of practice are assessed. Exor uses a set of standards that have been developed over the past ten years in consultation with clients to become an accepted criteria for qualification for Public and Private sector Clients.

Exor manages its process and data to secure and quality standards and is certified as both ISO 9000 and ISO27001 compliant.

    Exor Compliant

    Exor Compliant means you have achieved the highest standard of business compliance. This proves your business has been accredited to a standard where competency, viability and adherence with legal requirements and current codes of practice have been assessed and an independent onsite inspection has been undertaken to seek confirmation that the policies are reflected in actual business practice.

  • Exor Qualified

    Exor Qualified

    This qualification standard is widely recognised and utilised in both the public and private sectors. It positions suppliers of goods, works or services to win contracts by demonstrating you are Exor Qualified. Exor Qualified proves your business has been accredited to standard where  competency, viability and adherence with legal requirements have been achieved.

  • Exor Certified

    Exor Certified

    Exor Certified is Exor’s Pre-Qualification Service (PQQ). Meeting all the requirements of the OGC standard, but at half the average cost of other services in the market, the Certified Standard ensures all your documents are available for submission or review in any pre-qualification or tender process and confirms your financial viability.

  • Exor Profiled

    Exor Profiled

    Exor Profiled allows businesses to Profile (Self Certify) their business. This means completing a questionnaire and uploading all the appropriate supporting documents to ensure your business matches the criteria of your buyers.  We use a unique way of establishing what Buyers look for from an ‘Ideal Supplier’ which we then compare with all their suppliers using a web Questionnaires to collect details on each suppliers capability.

    Exor Registered

    Exor registered is Exor’s entry level service. This registration is FREE to the supplier and is a simple process that identifies who you are, your financial status and the services you offer.
