SAFEcontractor and Exor Announce Merger Agreement
On 28th May 2010 Connaught Compliance Ltd completed the acquisition of Exor Management Services Limited, with the intention of merging the business with its own SAFEcontractor operation.

In the last 4 years membership has almost trebled with the number and quality of clients also increasing dramatically.

About SSIP
Exor Management Services Limited is a founder member of the SSIP Scheme. The plan is to have discussions with SSIP executive to determine what level of membership should apply to SAFEcontractor members.
We continue to support the key aims of the SSIP in relation to the reduction of duplication within Health & Safety assessment market and hope to be able to clarify the position by the end of June.
