Exor Financial Appraisal

Exor provide a Financial Appraisal and Reporting service which is available to both clients and members. Working with Experian the leading credit reference agency, we assess and provide the client/member with a risk analysis report.

There are two levels of appraisal.

Level 1 - reports a company’s Financial Risk and Credit Opinions, County Court Judgements and Legal Notices, overdue filing of documentation at Companies House, and guidance to a maximum annual safe trading limit.

Level 2 - which in addition to ‘level 1’ will for limited companies and limited liability partnerships provide a full report based on filed accounts for the past 4 accounting periods. Adverse trends or concerns will be highlighted for discussion. For non-limited companies we take into account the full range of information within the public domain.
